Kelly believes in diligent training for his team of chauffeurs, VIP hosts/greeters, and membership liaisons. Kelly’s expertise in business start-ups and growing his teams through creative solutions are what have made the Pink Tie brand a 30%+ per year growth success since moving to Miami FL.

Ryan Paul Kelly founded Pink Tie in 2008 with 15 years of experience in finance, marketing & hospitality.

His expertise in business start-ups, transformations, marketing and hospitality has enabled him to grow Pink Tie into the global brand it is today.

In founding Pink Tie, Kelly melded his passion for hospitality with his knowledge and financial savvy, which he gleaned from starting his career with brands like Starwood Capital, and SBE group.

Kelly went from the hospitality industry acting as Food & Beverage Director for some of the largest luxury brands in the world, to launching his global ground transportation service in Boston MA in 2008.

Cultivating contracts with brands such as General Electric, Amazon, American Airlines and the Boston Red Sox: Kelly moved their hub-offices to Southern Florida in 2012 paving the way in the ground transportation logistics sector and eventually growing the brand into a full service Luxury Lifestyle Concierge.
